Due to the domestic regulatory policy, exchanges will be closed for about 1-2 months, and different exchanges have different hours. Many friends have consulted me about opening an overseas exchange account. So I write a separate article here to summarize some of the exchanges that I have mainly used over the years, but I hope I can help you. These are my personal experiences, and I hope to be as objective as possible.
Many players have known for years that one of the biggest risks in the virtual currency industry is the risk of exchange failure. MT.GOX, which went bankrupt in 2014 and left countless players homeless, so today I will focus on several exchanges that have continued in the industry for a long time, so as not to take everyone into the ditch. They are now one and the same, but I can not guarantee whether they can survive all the time, and I hope that everyone will be vigilant at all times and put as many coins as possible in the offline wallet.
This article is divided into mainstream currency exchanges such as Bitcoin and shadow currency exchanges for introduction and opening guides, there are already detailed tutorial for trading on various major websites in the circle, this article does not elaborate.
Pros:
Firsthand experience: This is the most frequent US dollar exchange I use. Their registered company is in Hong Kong, and I visited once before because of concerns about their financial security. In August 2016, they were robbed of $72M. In the days leading up to the theft, their platform experienced a rare transaction stoppage, and I was vigilant and then transferred all the funds to hide from a robbery. In April 2017, Bitfinex returned all the stolen funds to investors, earning back everyone's respect and trust, after which I subsequently returned most of the funds to their platform.
Pros:
Experience: Bitstamp I also used for a long time, it is my Bitfinex replacement. I basically used it during the Bitfinex theft period. Overall, it felt safe, stable, professional. The corresponding speed of customer service is not the fastest in the industry, but it solves the problem in time.
Pros:
Bitmex founder previously worked in the derivatives division of Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, was laid off during the financial crisis, and then founded Bitmex. Because of his personal professional background, Bitmex specializes in futures trading.
…
Pros:
Firsthand experience: B network is my main place to play chess. The exchange is stable and has not had any negative news for a while. This year's wave of chess has exposed the majority of chess exchanges to insufficient staffing, and B network is no exception. But from their emails, you can still feel the sincerity of their efforts to improve.
Pros:
Personal experience: In terms of trading volume, Poloniex is old, and this year's shanty wave was launched from Poloniex. But in recent months, it has a bit of a B-pack, customer service is slow to respond, not to mention slow, but also has the freedom to modify the terms of the Zune, a look you love not to play, making countless experienced players vomit. But customer feedback says that my personal experience with Pnet is good.
The requirements for account information vary from exchange to exchange, but the purpose is to combat money laundering and prove the source of your funds.
Each exchange has a corresponding tip during the process of opening an account, you just have to follow the steps to apply. If you have any specific questions during the process, you can contact me, I will try my best to answer them based on my experience, but please try to avoid asking general questions, such as: how to open an account, what is the process.
Finally, let me give you a heads up, although most of the exchanges are in English, but in fact buying and selling also only need to know buy and sell, so do not be scared by the language, if you do not understand, translate it with a dictionary. Learn more English, it will also help you to master first-hand information about the coin circle.

js8848Hello, thank you for sharing. There are also some questions, such as how many major foreign exchange companies are experiencing in terms of USD withdrawals? is the deposit quick? does it support USD withdrawals from personal accounts in domestic banks? it seems that bitmex is also in Hong Kong, can I visit? I'm in Shenzhen, I'm going to see if LZ is willing to join. In addition, many exchanges in Japan and South Korea have recently opened Chinese services, but they do not know how the trading experience and security is. Is it convenient and cheap to withdraw yen and korean yen?
