“Plan expired” while I never bought a plan…

I have the following message on my Dashboard, even ifthe next 3 hoursfinished more than a day ago : 
Concerning the “rebuy plan” part of the message, I never bought a plan before. If I buy it, it would be the first time.
And when I try to add a robot to a docker I’m getting a popup : 
which prevent me creating any robot with any strategy…
Of course, I didn’t had to pay to Botvs for creating such robots before. And if I understand correctly, plan is for running robots on botvs.com instead of using a docker… though translating https://www.fmz.cn/m/pricing would help

Inventors quantify - small dreams I\`m very sorry to this problem , this problem may be a misunderstand. The docker for users is never run on BotVS, It is must running on user\`s server . Buy a plan means could be running robot except testing exchange named BotVS. Free mode can only run robot with testing exchange! I`m very sorry , because my english is very terrible。
ytrezq @gavin_lo but I didn't needed to buy a plan for running robots before. Now, I’m unable to create any kind of robots…

ytrezqAs stated, I didnt buy a plan, and I donnt want to buy a plan.
This worked previously and I could create robot for free, but I'm getting a message which prevents me to create robots even without using a plan.
