Please ask why my policy doesn't match the run time in the retest with the time set

For example, if you set January 1st to May 1st, 2020 and run until March 13th, then you stop running and log only until March 13th. I'm not going to be able to run for five or six days, but I'm going to start on March 14 and then drag it to June and July.
