Strategi ini terutamanya mengenal pasti corak lilin yang berbeza untuk menilai sentimen pasaran semasa dan titik perubahan yang berpotensi. Digabungkan dengan mengesan harga tertinggi dan terendah untuk membentuk isyarat masuk dan keluar dan menangkap trend harga jangka menengah hingga panjang.

Pengenalan corak candlestick
Strategi pertama menentukan unsur-unsur pada candlestick seperti badan, bayangan, dan menetapkan beberapa parameter untuk mengenal pasti lebih daripada 40 corak candlestick biasa seperti Doji, Morning Star, Three Inside Up, dll. Apabila corak ini dikenal pasti, tanda-tanda akan digambarkan dan dinilai sebagai isyarat kenaikan atau penurunan.
Pengesanan Trend
Strategi ini menggunakan penjejakan harga tertinggi dan terendah dalam N hari untuk menentukan trend. Apabila harga memecahkan di atas harga tertinggi dalam N hari, ia dinilai sebagai uptrend. Apabila harga memecahkan di bawah harga terendah dalam N hari, ia dinilai sebagai downtrend.
Masuk dan Keluar
Mengikut isyarat menaik / menurun dari pengenalan corak lilin dan terobosan harga tertinggi / terendah dari pengenalan trend, strategi membentuk peraturan kemasukan dan keluar.
Sebagai contoh, apabila corak bullish seperti Hammer dikenal pasti dan harga pecah di atas harga tertinggi N-hari, pergi panjang. Apabila harga pecah di bawah harga terendah N-hari, tutup kedudukan panjang.
Tetapan Julat Backtest
