As the number of FMZ users is increasingly growing, we decide to make some adjustments on the present billing system and mechanism, to provide a better experinece for FMZ users, and make the bot management more convenient and smarter.
Minimum Billing Period Adjustment:
The unit of the minimum billing period is changed from “day” to “hour”. Once a bot is created, it will start billing immediately. The minimum billing period unit is “hour”, that is: FMZ account will be billed for 1 hour. (0.125CNY yuan) Within 1 hour after the billing, whether the bot is started or stopped, no new bill will be generated (stopping the bot within the time range will not cause the billing system timing to be suspended, and restarting the bot also Will not be billed for 1 hour again). After entering the next 1-hour billing period, the billing system will restart billing (the billing fee is 0.125CNY per hour).
1 hour billing amount:
Billing algorithm
This billing adjustment has refined the minimum billing period and the minimum billing amount, to bring convenience for users to test bot strategies, which will reduce the cost for users.
Old Billing:
3CNY/day,
changed to
New Billing:
3 / 24 = 0.125
Namely: 0.125CNY for each hour
The 1-hour billing of bots is bound with a specific bot, which means the billing cannot be shared between bots.
That is: start bot A at the moment (bot A has not been started within 1 hour before this moment), and 1 hour of billing is generated after starting it, and then stop bot A. Create and start bot B, and charge bot B. bot A and bot B do not share any billing charge, and they are completely independent.
Cancel the number of concurrent bots
After upgrading, there will be no limit for the number of concurrent bots; as long as users have enough balance in their account, they can run bots according to their needs.
Starting time of billing
The billing time for a bot is calculated from the starting of the bot, not a time on the hour.
That is: the bot A has not been started within 1 hour before this moment, and a 1-hour bill will be generated after it is started at this moment. The billing time starts from the moment, and one bill is charged every hour the bot is run. When the bot is stopped, it will not generate any new bill if it is started within 1 hour after the last billing time. If it exceeds 1 hour after the last billing time, the bot will be re-billed again.
When FMZ account balance is not enough FMZ
When the FMZ account balance is insufficient, if you do not recharge timely, your bots will be stopped; there will be a alert message in your FMZ account to warn you when they are stopped.
If a bot is no longer planned to be used, make sure to stop the bot. Do not delete the docker program directly on the server, as that will interrupt the communication between the docker and FMZ platform (the platform cannot determine whether it is a temporary interruption caused by a network problem or the docker program has stopped running); as a result, the platform determines that the bot is still in the running status and it will continue billing.
The correct process to stop the bot is to click the “stop” button of the bot on the bot management page to make the bot stop. If clicking the “stop” button does not work, you can try clicking the “delete” button. If it shows that the docker is offline and cannot stop the bot, you can delete the offline docker on the docker management page, and then stop the bot or delete the bot.
